Hi, I’m Orryson Dulfer, a personal trainer and coach who believes that real progress is built step by step with structure, consistency and the right guidance. My passion for coaching goes deeper than training alone. At a young age, I was diagnosed with leukemia. That experience shaped how I look at discipline, resilience and growth both physically and mentally. It taught me how powerful the right support can be when things get tough. Today, that mindset is the foundation of my coaching. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from people who are just starting their fitness journey to advanced athletes and competitive bodybuilders. Regardless of where you’re starting, my approach stays the same: personal, honest and focused on long-term results. I don’t believe in shouting, pressure or one-size-fits-all programs. I believe in creating an environment where people feel comfortable being themselves, enjoy training, and build confidence along the way. Whether your goal is to build strength, lose fat or simply create structure in your life, my role is to guide you, challenge you when needed, and support you throughout the process in the gym or online.
